Sunset over Wichita, Kansas. The image I worked from was by Star White my cousin’s wife. She caught a beautiful sunset in 2015 on Instagram from Wichita, KS and I asked if I could paint it. I really enjoyed the colors and abstracting the shapes. A funny note – the original photo had a Pilot gas-station  in the bottom in front of telephone wires. I opted to paint that out. 🙂
